Active balancing card for 16 series-connected LiFePO4 3.2V cells.

An active balancing card is not a BMS, but an accessory that can be used if you have an imbalance between the cells and when the passive balancing in the BMS cannot balance the cells during charging. B balancing board and BMS can be used at the same time.

An active balancing board balances the cells at all times, moving current from the cell with the highest value to the one with the lowest value. An active balancing card does not protect the cells against over- or under-charging.
